Timothy H. Duncan, AIA
Managing Principal
Tim Duncan is the company founder, registered architect, and accomplished executive leader responsible for creating and building CADsoft into a successful design and technical consulting business. As a leading Autodesk Authorized Reseller, he is committed to creating an organization that expands, creates profits, and is held in the highest regards by its employees, business partners, and clients. Interested in business development as well as advising professionals on ways to leverage software solutions to improve their processes.
Lisa Duncan
Principal
Lisa Duncan brings to CADsoft over 25 years of sales and management leadership for both the product and service industries. Lisa is responsible for setting strategic direction for sales and marketing and is responsible for building CADsoft's professional sales and marketing teams. A certified trainer for Professional Selling Skills and Professional Sales Coaching, Lisa shares her expertise with the entire CADsoft sales and technical team.
Don Kapetanovic
Vice President, Technical Operations
Don Kapetanovic has been with CADsoft Consulting since 2003 and is responsible for the management of the CADsoft Consulting technical consultants. Don has a background in project management, civil engineering, IT management, and executive leadership to guide customers to successful design and management strategies. Don graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Technology with emphasis on Graphical Design and encompasses the technological foundation and vendor relationships for specific applications of BIM, workflow analysis, documentation, image generation, 3D modeling, programming, and graphic visualization.
Laurie Malone
Vice President of Sales
Laurie Malone brings over 25 years experience in technical solution selling; private sector consulting; business development and management. She has a background with several roles as sales manager for the energy, retail and financial markets. With a focus on building strong customer relationships and market growth, Laurie is responsible for the development and management of CADsoft’s architecture, engineering, infrastructure and government sales organization.
Mary Macdonald
Director of Marketing
Mary has over 25 years experience helping businesses implement effective marketing strategies and supporting programs. With a focus on technical marketing, Mary has a background in new product introduction, building strategies and tactics to support services intiatives, social media, public relations, and sales support. Mary is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in design and has earned an MBA from Globe University. Mary has been a speaker and presenter on marketing, business communication, team building and other business topics and shared her experience while an adjunct instructor at the Minnesota School of Business.
Cathy Wagenaar
Director of Professional Services
Cathy Wagenaar brings to CADsoft her extensive background in technical consulting and proven methodologies to software deployment. Building on the strong foundation and reputation that CADsoft has developed, Cathy is responsible for taking professional services to the next level addressing the growing needs of the customer and building services to support a customer’s journey of maximizing the software and technology they depend on to design and build successful projects.
Steve Rush
Professional Services Product Manager
Steve has been working with technology based firms for over 10 years and has a strong background in technology sales, account management, and sales processes. He is responsible for bringing CADsoft's growing Packaged Service Offerings to market as well as any new product offerings.
Ron Couillard
Manager Help Desk Quality Assurance
Ron Couillard has over 14 years experience in supporting and providing technical expertise and training, including software installations, product customization, and project workflow enhancements. As an Autodesk certified expert in many Autodesk solutions, he manages the support process to insure CADsoft customers receive timely and quality response to their software and design questions. He is responsible for insuring CADsoft maintains top quality help desk and on-site support standards.
