Implementation and Configuration
Knowing where to start is often the most difficult part of implementing a new tool.  Successful adoption of new CAD technology goes beyond installing software.  Our implementation specialists ensure the solution we deliver achieves your goals with more efficient and intelligent design, higher productivity, and substantial return on your investment.  Our professionally–experienced, industry-specific implementation teams follow a proven methodology focused on specific tasks to prioritize and accomplish your unique objectives. Our 3-phased approach takes into consideration the skill of the users, functions performed, CAD standards, data management procedures, and user efficiency.  

1. Initial Assessment Audit: Before implementation begins, we carefully assess your current processes and technologies, as well as your business requirements, goals and challenges.
2. Implementation Plan: Using the information from the assessment, we develop a comprehensive implementation plan.  The plan addresses key components such as installation to configure your solutions, end-user classroom training, advanced implementation knowledge transfer, "train the project" training and mentoring all designed to minimize interruption of your operations.
3. Post-Implementation Audit:  We follow up the implementation with a detailed audit of the project’s success, addressing any inconsistencies, eliminating redundancies and integrating the new software with you existing business and design processes.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation

CADsoft Consulting has achieved Autodesk MEP Implementation Certified Expert (ICE) Status.  ICE insures that our application engineers are trained and certified in the implementation process analysis, end-user workflow analysis and data migration of Autodesk solutions. They have the skills and knowledge required to successfully assess our customer’s current MEP engineering design process; plan a deployment of Autodesk® Building Systems and Autodesk® Revit® Systems; and implement the solution in a consistent, repeatable manner.   

AutoCAD Civil 3D Implementation

CADsoft Consulting has achieved Autodesk Civil 3D Implementation Certified Expert (ICE) Status.  ICE insures that our application engineers are trained and certified in the implementation process analysis, end-user workflow analysis and data migration of Autodesk solutions. They have the skills and knowledge required to successfully assess our customer’s current engineering design process; plan a deployment of Autodesk® Civil 3D, and implement the solution in a consistent, repeatable manner.
