Autodesk Gold Support Program

CADsoft Consulting offers Autodesk Subscription customers a "privileged" relationship with Autodesk product support. With the overall objective
to improve customer satisfaction and to provide a new standard in service excellence. With Gold Support you’ll get:
• Fast, local, toll free telephone technical support
• Direct telephone access to "power users" who are experts in your specific industry
• Remote Desktop technology used to expedite issues, where appropriate, by letting our technician view your screen.
• Guaranteed 3 - minute maximum hold time
• Two - hour maximum response time
• Online tracking and management of support requests
As one of a selected few Autodesk Premier Solutions Providers, we have met a stringent set of criteria in order of to offer Gold Support
to our Subscription customers. We are 100% committed to providing the highest-quality of technical support available.
Block Time Support Plans
In addition, CADsoft Consulting offer Block of Time Support Plans. Block of Time Support Plans allows users to purchase a specified
number of support hours at a discounted rate. To accommodate most customer requirements, block hours are grouped in 10, 20, 40, 80, and 120 hours.
Block of Time Support Plans are purchased in advance and can be used as telephone technical support, on-site service calls, on-site consulting,
product training, installations, implementation, customization and more. Hours are logged in half (1/2) hour increments with a minimum of two (2) Block
Labor hours for each service call, and they do not expire at the end of the year.
Time is accurately tracked for each use of the Block Of Time, and you receive a statement for each support activity, indicating the type of
service performed, the amount of time used, and the time remaining under the current contract.
