Making the switch from Maintenance to Subscription is not that easy. CADsoft Consulting has the expertise and knowledge of the Autodesk licensing requirements to help you. If your company is looking at moving your Maintenance licenses to Subscription, you need to be aware of these challenges:

  • Eligible previous versions may vary between Maintenance plans and a new Subscription. Any versions NOT on the eligibility list must uninstalled
  • Named Users will NOT be automatically assigned to the new subscription
  • Switch must occur ‘at renewal’ only
  • You must turn in your perpetual license/serial number if you choose to switch
